I was excited for the prospects of this match early this morning, but it ended up being a 4-0 beatdown from Spain. I am baffled by the fact that we didn’t play our best squad, I understand that the Gold Cup is right around the corner, but why schedule this game then? It was important experience for a lot of young players (Ream, Rodgers, Jones, Agudelo), but we look pretty bad right now.
